I'm a UX Researcher at Microsoft specialising in mixed-methods research and AI product strategy. Over the last 7 years, I've built expertise across qualitative and quantitative methods, contextual inquiry, and usability research.

For the past 3 years, I've led research programmes for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint that shaped product decisions for hundreds of millions of users globally.

These days my work bridges user behaviour discovery with large scale quantitative analysis, translating complex insights into actionable strategy for product teams.
